The task for the following assignment is to analyse the song, Hiphopopotamus vs. Rhymenoceros by New Zealand comedy act Flight of the Conchords using poetry analysis. The song might be straight-forward in its message, but remember also to focus on some of the more complex aspects of poetry analysis such as poetic language as well as genre characteristics and the use of humour. Be prepared to discuss the song in class.

The video in this assignment is Two Cars, One Night, a short film by Zealand director Taika Watiti, best known for directing Jojo Rabbit (2019). It was nominated in the category "Best Live Action Short Film" at the Academy Awards in 2005.

1. Give a brief summary of the film.
2. Analyse the film focusing on the characters, the setting and the use of humour. Be prepared to share your analysis in class.
